His journey into hosting began in 2016 with a single room in a three-bedroom co-op, which quickly became a hit, booking 98% of the time for two years. This success laid the foundation for Block & Barker.

Combining an MBA education, a decade of real estate management experience, and a passion for real estate investing, Pete focuses on guest experience, short-term management operations, financials, and business development. His commitment to service and building trust with every guest and client is the cornerstone of our success.
