Georgie is the design and guest-experience lead. She’s a real estate agent and designer who has spent the past five years creating spaces across Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York that photograph well, function smoothly, and consistently earn five-star stays. She knows how guests think, what they expect, and what makes a property stand out in competitive markets.
Together, we manage a portfolio valued at over $16M while helping homeowners and investors launch STRs that hold their price, earn stronger reviews, and stay booked.
